Who is Flux. for?

Flux. is for anyone that is looking to better themselves alongside a community of other like-minded individuals. Whether your goal is to participate in the Open, compete at your local competition or simply live a healthier, happier life, Flux. is for you.

What does the training involve?

Our programme contains a mixture of weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning structured into different training cycles throughout the year.

What level of training experience do I need to follow the programme?

Our service has many features to ensure that anyone can be successful using it no matter their training experience. The programme has two tracks that cater for different fitness levels as well as write ups for each and every workout detailing scaling/substitution options.

Do I have access to a community through my subscription?

Here at Flux. we believe that a strong community is one of the most powerful things we can have. For that reason members get access to our private Facebook group as well as our SugarWOD community where you can view workout leaderboards, comment on workouts and even fist-bump your friends for their efforts!

What if I have a question to ask about a workout?

Our members have direct access to our coach, Max through SugarWOD. Any questions you may have can be posted in the comments section where he will respond to them.

What if a can’t do a workout as prescribed? Does Flux. provide scaling options?

We provide full write ups for each and every workout. These include notes on how to scale any part of the workout to any fitness level.

What if I do not have access to a piece of kit that has been programmed in a workout?

We provide equipment substitution options for pieces of kit that are common for people not to have access to within the workout write ups.

What if I have a skill I am working on? Can I do this alongside the program?

Our programme includes lots of skill and strength work to help athletes learn certain movements. With this being said however, if there is something very specific you are working on we would recommend that you continue to do this alongside our Open track. Workouts on the Open track will generally last about an hour leaving opportunity for this additional practice.

How much time do I need to complete the workouts?

Open Track: 1-1.5 hours
Finals Track: 1.5-2 hours

How far in advance will I be able to see upcoming workouts?

All workouts will be available 7 days in advance.
